Thank You Everyone

Thank you to everyone for their emails and cards for my Birthday, I appreciate and treasure them. Here are a few pictures from this evening. Tom took us out to Jim 'n Nick's tonight - our favorite local barbeque place for dinner and we had a nice time.

I played the message a number of times today so I can hear my Dad's voice. I had forgotten that this was still on the machine until a few days ago and I am so thankful that I had saved this. I'm glad, too that Grandma's voice is on there, too.

You have probably heard about my bank, Wachovia being bought out by Citigroup. It was quite the shock to go in Monday morning and hearing that it was official. I still don't know what it will all mean to me, but there will most likely be changes. Ah, changes...there seem to be so many changes lately. I just have to remember a line from an old story...'it could be good, it could be bad, but it's too soon to tell.' I am trying to just go with the flow. Maybe this will work out for the best. I am updating my resume in the mean time - just in case.
